We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Aswaqena.com and all its website domains. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item within 7 days of delivery. Please note, all returns must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached (if applicable).

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team at care@aswaqena.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
2. Once you have received your RA number, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure a refund.
3. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier.
4. Once we receive your returned item, our quality control team will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If it does, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

1. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Exchanges are provided if the item is returned in the original form (undamaged and unopened) as received.
3. Returns received after 14 days from the original delivery date will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
